Took a new pic. As i said before it's super hard to display my physique as it stands right now while taking pics with a crappy cell-phone on my own.
Before going for a shower.. I can guarantee i'm still as lean as i was 3 weeks ago, just 25 pounds bigger. Once i get ahead of a nice camera and someone taking me the pics instead of me doing it by myself you can see the real difference.
For now, here you have it:

Otis.. Do you have an idea of what your weight goal might be and body fat % surely you want tostop somewhere now that you have an idea of what its going to take you to get there! also I admire you hard work eating 5000 cal + is no easy or fun task haha sry for your fast metabolism! i could probably get simular results with eating only 3500 cals! but i tend to store BF easier haah GLUCK man!! subscribed

Actually gonna start tapering off already. I don't want much more that i already have. You guys will have a better look at my physique with high quality photos, i can say i'm looking pretty good even if the most recent pic does not display that properly.
Now it's finding fine tune, get a little more rear-delts and a little more fullness to the arms and a little more sweep to the triceps, waist is pretty damn small and i intend to keep it that way. No holes left on my training belt which is a small size.John "The pro architect" Hollywood

Maintenance it's probably around 4000 but i'm guessing. If i was a shredded 225lbs i probably would have to be roiding.
I really don't know if i'm going to slow bulk only because i only want a little more mass on certain places, maybe i will but throw in a pinch of cardio.John "The pro architect" Hollywood

I'm not doubting your leanness, as you can still see solid delt - Bi/Tri separation, and the pec "swirl". It looks like your muscles have absorbed every single calorie in the last 3 weeks (no homo)
Your friends/peers/people around you must be like WTF at the size you've added in 3 weeks.. must be getting a ton of compliments and "questions"
My mind is pretty blown just comparing the size/fullness difference from 3 weeks in the two pics I quoted, will be interesting to see what 3 MONTHS will look likeNASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

Yes! Pics in the first post are after 3 years of NOT training.
I naturally have some mass and low bodyfat levels even without exercizing and dieting. Genetics end up having a very important role on one's anatomy.
I'm doing Chest & Delts tomorrow. Will try to do a little less volume, starting this week. Will also re-start doing abs after all these years, i feel like my abs lack a bit of thickness.John "The pro architect" Hollywood
