Hi all, I recently lost 82 lbs and realized that I am not where I want to be strength-wise so I decided to start working out. After my diet ended I decided to see how going meatless would be and for 2 months it has been a piece of cake I lost more weight without evem trying and was happy with the way I felt. After reading up on what it takes to gain muscle (1g of protein per pound per day) I decided that I would never get there without re-introducing meat into the diet so I have been eating tuna to help up my protein intake. I have kept a little record of what i have eaten for the past few days and wanted to get some opinions on it. Any advice would be great...
I am 6'4" and today I way 254lbs

^Pretty much, that.
OP, you need to learn how much protein and dietary fat you need to consume at a minimum, to reach sufficiency. And you need to learn how to use those figures to calculate total caloric intake properly.
You also should learn that meal timing, and frequency are largely irrelevant in terms of bodyweight and composition. Thus you need not consume calories seven times per day. Also, the use of protein powders, and other supplements... are not necessary...unless your diet is deficient.

Far too many supps/not nearly enough food, hardly any fruit/veg, and an unrealistic "meal" schedule that will crash head-on with RL after only a short time. It looks like something out of a muscle magazine, OP.
You need to scrap it, and follow the advices you've been given by others in this thread. No brain, no gain.

IsThisRealLife? How did your reps skyrocket so quickly? My goodness, I remember when you first got here a few months ago and were a nutrition newbie (if I remember right). Did you get quadruple mod repped a couple of times? lol. Good job bro, you've come a long ways real fast. Not that it matters its just surprising to see.

LOL, yes...it's RL. I've been the fortunate recipient of a few mod reps, yes. As for your memory...it's excellent! When I first got here (back in late June)...I was probably the biggest nutrition newbie, of all times! It was quite embarrassing (and eye-opening/humbling), actually. And I'm glad it was...or I don't think I would have made the positive changes to my fitness, nutrition, and overall lifestyle. My diet now enhances my life, rather than hinder it. I greatly appreciate your kind words!!

Thanks, yeah I literally googled muscle building meal plans and saw that most of them included eating every couple of hours. I am definitely going to incorporate more nuts and veggies in my daily meal plans. To tell you the truth it's been harder trying to eat all of that food than it was dieting to take the weight off. I will check the sticky's for sure. Thanks all.
