I am doing this program now and was just wondering (i know everyone will be different) what your lifts finished on (for 3x5) when you could no longer progress and had to move to an intermediate program?

Squat 205 3x5 (8/1/11) 340x5 (11/14/11 - failed to finish all 3 sets and have reset twice already so changing programming now)
Bench 185 3x5 (8/1/11) 240 3x5 (11/16/11 - still increasing)
Deads 205x5 (8/1/11) 315x5 (11/11/11 - still trying to fix form but they are increasing)
Press 95 3x5 (8/1/11) 150 3x5 (11/9/11 - still increasing)
Just because you cant increase anymore doesnt mean you stop 3x5. You exhaust 10 lb jumps, then reset a little (usually around 10% depending on why you failed), then you exhaust 5 lb jumps for Squat and dead (2.5 lb jumps for bench and press), reset again (depending on why you failed), then exhaust those smaller jumps again. Then after you are done exhausting those jumps, you can change programming. But if some lifts are still maintaining linear progression, only change programming for the ones that arent.www.mayweatherpromotions.com
