today I was out in 15 F for 6 hours. There were times when I had my hat off and jacket open. I guess I get used to the cold. Was wearing my mountaineering socks too. Felt good.
mittens??
actually Marmot and Outdoor Research make killer mitts as well.
oh, this little olight S15 is pretty incredible for the size, came with an extension tube as well. Love it so far.rumpler of stiltskins

I might not own expensive suits (jeans and t shirt guy) but I do spend good money on winter/outdoor gear.
Guys at the local outdoor store said this one Marmot jacket is the real deal when it comes to being waterproof and breathability. Need to track it down. Cannot afford a $600 Arcteryx right now.rumpler of stiltskins

Hopefully. Personally I think it's being over hyped, but they sure make it sound like a big deal.

Not what I wanted to spend money on, but with a 13 month old who doesn't sleep with covers/blankets and still 'requires' milk 3x per day, and not having a generator...I guess it was time. Good to have for the big window (sits inside with pipes not sits in window) A/C in case of summer storms too.

Lol leave it up to Farley..
Raised and stiff. But still able to run in em. I cant afford shoes for the gym and shoes to run plus something casual. I work with a guy who is a Reebok representative so he gets 20% off.

Both beat the hell out of the alternative.
edit: fawk I have so many things I should post to catch up in this thread. I bought a nice Leupold 3.5-10x50 VX-L and slapped it on the .270wsm. That scope and combo with factory Fusion ammo is putting 3 shot groups all touching eachother. I've never had a scope/rifle/factory ammo combo this damn good before.
