When we think of protein shakes itís usually a choice of vanilla or chocolate, which can get redundant after a while. This is a recipe for a low carb protein shake with a kick of flavor that is perfect when your taste buds are craving something different, new and exciting!


1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (Elite Whey is my favorite)
2 Cups Spinach
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Sugar-Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/4 Tsp Peppermint Extract (1-2 drops)
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp Benefiber
2 Packets Sweetener (I used PureVia)


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

2. Blend, adding ice little by little until desired thickness/consistency is reached

3. Pour in a cup and drink up!
