Am I Overtraining?No Really..at my 'level' is this overtraining?315bench ..1+ year
i trainer for hypertrophy..i do light bench and squat on the middle days..i go heavy beginning and end of week.
its all 3-5 sets...60-85% 1RM 7-12 reps
when I say overtrain..i mean to say: am i training too much for max hypertrophy to take place? (studies say 36hours for muscle protein synthesis to finish and restart), not literally overtraining.
