First off I want to thank Controlled Labs for this great opportunity of trying out the new Juicy Grape White Flood! I am a huge supporter of their products for one reason, I have had amazing results while using them. Here's the breakdown with more to come soon!!
Mixability: 8/10 - Grape mixes great, much better than past versions. Also, I usually use more water than is reccomended.
Taste: 10/10 - I have tried tons of Pre workouts that are grape flavored. This one blows them all away by far!
Energy: 9/10 - I am pretty sensitive to stims, but this hits the nail on the head! No jitters or etc and 6 hours later, as I am typing this, I haven't crashed and am actually feeling great.
Pump: 9/10 - Great pump even doing deadlifts today, which I never really feel that pumped doing. Also, I have started my prep macros, which is a little lower in CHO, but I didn't really notice a difference during my workout.
Overall: 10/10 - Overall in all areas I highly reccomend this flavor of White Flood, I am switching as of now!
Misc

The Flood update! This was my 2nd workout using just Juicy Grape White Flood and I honestly have to say it is one of my fav flavors. As of right now I am just using that alone Pre workout and soon I am going to actually be throwing in Green Mag into my Intra workout mix. My timing is about 1 hour pre workout and the beta alanine hits me right about when I am walking into the gym.....I really like the feeling Hope everyone has a great night!! Pretty short and sweet today, but everything was feeling on and great energy with the flood. I've been looking at a ton of varations of the DL and wanted to try the Snatch Grip today. It places you in a similar starting position as a deficit with my grip outside of the hook ring on the bar. These were $$!!! Kept it lighter, but really felt it in my glutes. Amazing workout tonight!! I really like the pullups with the chains, they set you in a great position unlike using the belt around your waist. I love doing my rack deads at mid shin, close to a full pull as I can get at the gym and it allows for a great overload.
The Flood Summary
First off I want to thank Controlled for this great opportunity of logging the New flavor of White Flood Juicy Grape. I am not a first timer to the flood, but this flavor is one of the best by far! I am going to be switching between Grape and Watermelon during my current prep and overall I rate this as one of my Fav' Pre Workout supplements. For me I easily rate this a 10/10 and I have been having some INSANE workouts while using it!
