I won't bore with the details, pretty much full body work every other day, running mid-distance and sprints a few times a week (for time) some surprisingly good workouts were had even with a non-stop schedule, but things seems to be straightening out a little so I will try to be more timely with updates.
Supplementation has been hit & miss. Juggernaut original & HP, and my mainstay of Cyclo-REM GF----- You have to try this supp if you want quality sleep!
I am going to try to to construct a proper supplement schedule for next week.
