best food for biceps

K, i seem to be having some serious trouble getting my azrms up to scratch
they have always been real small and skinny but i have a big barrel chest and wide backed body

I have been training a year and half and took advise and trained in all the big compound exercises like bench,pulldowns to get my bi's and tris bigger. finally they grew but so did my chest and lats as well fact is they are STILL just as out of proportion because my chest/lats/legs grow easy. its like i have ecto arms

i am depressed about this they look **** . how do i make them bigger without my chest/back growing too? I have been told you can't get bigger arms without the rest of yuo growing but i MUST MAKE MY ARMS GROW ON THERE OWN NOW. I just dont get what the **** to do
