About me:
I joined Bodybuilding.com a few years ago with this idea that I was going to become an amazingly large, musclebound freak. I didn't put in the work and ended up losing what I had gained underneath a nice layer of fat. That fat goes away starting today.
Stats:
Height- 6'3.5"
Weight- 292.5(March 6,2012)
Goals:
My own personal goal is to be able to go out on the beach and be that guy that everyone is looking at.
Weight- 272.5(May 30,2012)
Basically I'm just going to post my meals as close as possible and my excercise.
During this I am taking supplements. P6 Extreme Chrome 45 days. Animal Cuts 21 days. Whey. Casien. Kre-Akalyn. Multi. Fish oil. I am in college so my food selection is ****. I will weigh in every Sunday and post the weight.
