hello guys,
im currently in the bulking progess and gaining well, but also im starting to see a gut, sort of like a bloated look which im starting to get very paranoid about cause i dont want to look like a potatoe lol.
im currently eating 7 meals a day which consist of:
Breaky 6.30 :
1 cup egg whites
4 peices of toast (pea nut butter)
smoko: 8.30ish
max's pro extreme gainer shake
lunch 12.00
pasta
mince meat and rice
Arvo 3.00
max's pro extreme gainer shake
pre workout meal 5:00
eggs and toast
pasta
mince and rice
supps
carintine tabs
creatine tabs
glutamine tabs
bcaa tabs
green tea tabs
training:
size on
bottle water
pre workout:
hydro shake
dinner:
meat
pasta
fish
veggies
oven baked chips (sometimes)
before bed:
maxs pro extreme shake
thats just a rough idea of my diet.
what can i do to get rid of this bloated looking gut?
maybe more cardio? or drop the carbs?
