New here too
The wife is getting VERY bored with my latest obsession so I'm looking for people to discuss training, eating, sups etc.
I'm a total novice to lifting weights. I Used to be a bit of a cardio whore before I got old/fat - now I have the weight back under control I'm keen to build some muscle

Looking to meet new friends here too. Got serious into workingout about a year ago, just looking to make connections and see whos out there. Always easy to keep up motivation when there are others in the same boat

Been into training for a long time now but my girl doesnt get into it at all. I feel ya. Anyone looking for friends feel free to hit me up, its alot easier to keep on track if you have like minded friends.
