    Cutting Weight.

Trying to cut that extra fat from football season.
Just started this week trying to cut weight: 235 currently to 205 by march.

6 a.m. Meal 1: 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter, 1 slice of white bread water

8 a.m. post-workout meal 2: half pint of skim milk, 1 cup of whole wheat cereal, 1 chicken patty, 1/2 cup of orange juice

1:30 p.m. Lunch meal 3: Grilled chicken 5-8oz, 1 cup of whole wheat pasta, 1 cup of peas and carrots, small side salad (cheated with about 4 croutons)

6 p.m. Meal 4: Chicken soup- 8 or 12oz of boiled chicken, carrots, white rice, small sized potato

All this along with about 100 oz of water throughout the day.
Im 235 lbs, and used to eating about 2500 to 3000 calories a day to maintain weight.

Any recommendations for healthy snacks during the day? I get pretty hungry going from breakfast to lunch. Pretzels perhaps?

Also, i'm broke right now so i have to wait to get some protein (Thinking about the low carb/fat EAS protein), but i do have creatine.
Can i still take creatine while trying to cut weight? Or should i save it for when i bulk up a few months from now?
