hey in 5' 7" and 160 ive been following a diet of 2 eggs and 2 egg whites in the morning with two pieces of toast. then a cliff bar with a yougurt, then lunch is a turkey or tuna sandwich with light mayo and light cheese and a piece of fruit after lunch is pbj sandwich then dinner is salad and a lean meat like fish or chicken or turkey with some vegetable. I workout using kris 12 week trainer. im 12 days in to both diet and workout. ive lost ZERO pounds. the only supplements i take are whey protein in the morning and after workout plus a multivitamin in the morning. i need some advice or help. thank you
