Its HARD! Since its self powered, you lose the comfort and ease of a treadmill moving below you. Here is some light reading on it lol...
http://www.woodway.com/casestudies/2...rve_Poster.pdf
"The CURVE treadmill burns up to 30% more calories than conventional motorized treadmills because the user is actually powering the running surface, thus engaging more muscle groups and achieving a superior workout. Research studies have proven that users are able to reach similar cardiovascular exercise levels and caloric burn walking on the CURVE treadmill in comparison to running on conventional motorized units."
That being said, Im just trying to mix up the cardio so I dont get bored. Ive got 12 weeks now of solid cutting (no more nutritional "off" days i.e. beating the binge). I want that single digit bodpod report by the end of April. I WILL have it.Team Never Full

Ran out of time to do as much post cardio work as I wanted. No matter...my legs were gassed anyway.
Food pron from last night. Excuse the crummy pic quality from my EVO.
Quality sliced deli ham, browned in a skillet...then add eggs, scramble...then add a 50/50 mixture of cream cheese and cottage cheese = HUGE WIN.

Fighting a cold again...lacking for energy. Supposed to be 40+ outside today, so wouldnt mind trying to sneak in a run outside later. On the menu for tonight, trying this recipe for stuffed shrooms (LOVE me some portobella's)...

Little taken off guard by the lack of energy on the 220 set. Decided to back off some on the dips volume, but upped the weight. Dropped a little weight on the TBars as well, but added a set and 2 additional reps to each set. Back to 4pps shortly. May go back for a run this afternoon if time permits (which this morning it really did not).
