*Just absolutely exhausted. All the flying through the night finally has caught up with me. Closed my eyes for a second this morning while doing Incline press and damn near fell asleep right there on the bench lol.
One of my fav's just came back in season. Lagunitas Sucks. Just an absolutely fantastic IPA.

CinnaBun Cookie Butter Protein Bar
~185 cals, 12.5p,16c, 8f
Basically just took this recipe:
http://kelvin-wu.blogspot.com/2011/0...s-no-bake.html
...and swapped in Biscoff Cookie Butter, XF Cinnamon Roll, Cinnabun Trutein, and Vanilla Cake Batter Protean, and mixed the ratios just a bit. I also ground up the oats instead of leaving them whole, and used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.Team Never Full

*Nada. Having one of those days where I am contemplating taking a log hiatus. Who knows.
Macro's have been spot on (as posted before, except with slightly higher protein intake). 2000cals. Really glad I opted to cut some. Shed a ton of water weight and just have an overall better feeling going into some of my major upcoming "events". Its also apparent the physical progress I made during surplus as things are already looking much different than they did previously. Most noticeably shoulders and chest IMO, so thats a solid feeling. No pics atm though.Team Never Full
