Just one question, how do you count the macros from the beers? Im, from Brazil and trying some new beers from around the world, my #1 is the Delirium Tremens, so far. But I'm kind of confused trying to figure out the macros.
I drink a specific genre of beer (usually IPA/DIPAs with an occasional pale). Many of the beers I drink you can find approximate cal counts via google. I have also emailed several of the breweries asking for the calorie counts. I dont count the macros, but I do count the calories.

I've had that Delirium tremens from the tap a couple times when I was in Glasgow, strong stuff and tasty too!
On topic- lol'd at the meme because i'm just back from my gfs house where we went for a walk to McDs and I got some battered chicken for like equivalent of $2.00. Tasty as fcuk tho and the menu said 250kcals so i'll take it

Your doing it right enjoying alcohol, but controlling it.
I dare you to try beer in a protein shake.

What you be stir fryin/sauteeing those asparagus and mushrooms in? Olive oil? Soy sauce? Mine don't look nearly as good when I do stir fries like that. your stir fries look cooked to perfection and packed with flavor.

STRONG veggie concoction. I can imagine how good that would go down with some bruschetta on the side for crunch.

Olive oil, with a final reduction of chicken broth/chardonnay. I like my asparagus slightly burned and crisp on the outside with soft inside.

1.5mi cooldown run
Ended up over maintenance cals yesterday. Wish I could say that I didnt care, but I let the day get away from me and am a little pissed. Didnt end up really enjoying beers as I had intended due simply to intake and frustration at the end of the day for where I was at. $#@%# two steps forward, one step back. Im also starting to think that while Ive really leaned out, I would definitely benefit from more mass (well, wouldnt we all). What Im saying is that Im getting so damn small, and dont feel like I have the mass to do the leanness justice. Pisses me off as well. My generic goal has always been to see some abs, and I just have no ab definition whatsoever.

Man, like you said, 2 steps forwards, 1 back. Don't fret it. And if you feel you need more mass, then do a nice controlled bulk - at the end of the day it's you vs you do if you see something YOU want to change, then change it.

I seriously appreciate your support and your sincerity. I think I need to keep cutting. Ive always reached this point and said (ok, time to bulk.) Ive always ended up wanting to cut again. This time, its time to go the distance...just have to be patient.

We could ALL benefit from more mass. This is the mindset that locks us into our passion of lifting weights week after week. Even the guys on the drugsies who most definitely would not benefit from more mass, would "benefit" from more mass.
Given that we can't change the goal, the only thing we can do is control the approach. The most important thing is to not spin the wheels. Choose a milestone, forge relentlessly towards it, then set a new milestone. I know it's tricky and there will be doubts, but don't falter until you reach that milestone.

How do you define rest? I lift 4 days a week and do cardio everyday. Sunday is usually light cardio or truly OFF. Sometimes I have to take a day off during the week due to a changing work schedule. Im guessing Im run down due to the crazy low cals. I actually ate at maintenance yesterday and will likely do the same or close to it today. Its VERY VERY seldom that I lack the energy/interest to lift, and yesterday and this morning I definitely feel that way. Ive been burned out before, but Ive never been so burned out I lost drive. Low cutting cals + incredibly stressful life events = burnout city.
