Still played it on the conservative side with the weights (not to failure). Since changing from the 5 and lower rep structure its taking a little searching to find good working weight numbers for the 8+ rep scheme. Felt great though.

Thats weird. Im guessing you either didnt cut them thin enough, or didnt cook them long enough. Make sure to cut them small, get plenty of oil and seasoning on them, and leave them in there until the edges start to burn IMO. We tried them half way into the cooking process and they still tasted like carrots, but once they really started to dry out they really seemed to taste like sweet potato fries. Pretty light today. Got a crushing headache from (presumably) allergies. I basically feel almost hung over as hell...headache, sore joints, DOMS from changing routines etc. Pretty beaten up and feeling like I got trashed last night...but without actually getting to get trashed last night!Team Never Full
