I'm a 16 year old who has begun training in Wing Chun. I had previously trained in WC for a month but had to quit and started lifting to keep my fitness levels up.
I've always been interested in Martial Arts simply because it kicks ass. I love Wing Chun and I'm a small guy so it's somewhat in my favor (it does not rely on brute force). I will be lifting 2x a week for 'aesthetics'.
I will start my first Wing Chun class next week. I can't wait.
