    Exclamation Myofusion vs Combat Powder

I'm not asking which is better... I just want to know if the protein blends are similar. Is one slower digesting than the other? Or are they the same?

Both are blends with similar profiles but because they are prop blends you cannot see how much of each ingredient are in them.

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but i'll add a question myself. Why does combat powder have so much cholesterol? I still haven't tried it myself.

Combat contains casein protien where as Myofusion contains milk protein isolate. Both products have fast and slow digesting properties. Combat contains a BCAA complex where as Myofusion contains a vitamin complex. It all comes down to personal preference.

What vitamin complex is this you speak of? As far as I know, all protein contains BCAA's.

    There isn't one.....

Also noticed that Myofusion changed the profile a bit when it went to the 150 calorie label. The Whey Hydro is now listed as the third ingredient ahead of MPI and EGG where as before it was listed last.

I was referring to the vitamin breakdown on the Myofusion label. Yes all protein contains BCAA's however MP added additional BCAA's to Combat.

Both are similar in the fact that they are protein blends, however the ingredient profiles are slightly different. Combat Powder is designed to be digested over an extended period of time and as stated earlier has extra BCAA's in the formula for additional benefits. Either product is a solid choice, so you should feel confident in whatever choice you decide to make.

This.. I personally like Combat powder if I am looking for a solid blend, but myo mixes a lot better so I get it the odd time.

because it has a higher percent of WPC. I liked the taste of combat, but it had to be lower quality. Gave me stomach issues.. again probably from the higher percentage of WPC.
