I've been using Fitmiss "Ignite" as my pre-work but it doesn't seem like it's working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you're feeling nothing from it, you probably need a stim break. Do you normally consume coffee, tea, soda, etc? Take a couple weeks away from all caffeine and other stimulants and try again.
Also a possibility you have unrealistic expectations. Sometimes people expect to take a preworkout and hulk out. Increased energy, but no hulking unfortunately haha.
You might also try a stronger preworkout (though I'd recommend this AFTER the stim break):
Neogenix Neurosurge has 300mg caffeine, a full gram of agmatine for pump, and ALCAR and huperzine for focus, plus it's currently on sale for 10% off
Ergogenix Ergoblast also has 300mg caffeine, and is great from a focus aspect
CL WFR has 225mg caffeine, and some betaine (not sure how much since it's a proprietary blend)
iFN Max Out has 300mg caffeine and synephrine for energy, nitrates and GMS for pump, and DMAE and huperzine for focusOlympus Labs Representative

Think perhaps you just have a higher tolerance for caffeine and or stims in general, not sure how much is in ignite but it is very low on the list.

How long have you been using it? How is your tolerance to Stims?
If you've been using it for awhile (or any stims such as coffee, tea, etc) I'd recommend a stim break (I usually take about a month off periodically)
If that doesnt apply, perhaps you just need to try something else. What is the caffeine amount of your current PWO?
If youre looking for a new PRE, I'd like to suggest TRUE GRIT : PRE , it has it all as far as good, clean energy, Focus and Pump. If you chose to try us, its also on sale B1G1 50% off

How are you dosing the product? Do you always take it after a meal? Certain things can make or break a pre workouts effects, so mess around with different scenarios before just giving up on it. If you do decide to try out a new pre workout, here are some great ones that I would recommend -
Cellucor C4
BPI 1MR Vortex
ErgoGenix ErgoBlast (2/3 scoop)
Blue Star P.P.K. (2/3 scoop)
iForce Max Out (2/3 scoop)Instagram - @mooddani

OP, how close are you consuming this pre workout with food? Sometimes if you eat a pre workout and then consume your pre workout, it can diminish the effects. Are you consuming other stimulants or caffeine throughout the day?
If you are looking for another pre workout, do you want one with a low, medium, or high stimulants. I think that around 100-150 is considered low, 200-300 seems to be normal or average these days, and 300+ is on the higher side.Workout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167450201

If it doesn't seem like it's working then it's possible that you need something a little stronger. Most of the pre-workout supps geared toward females are low in stimulants. I'd suggest you soothing like Pump Igniter, Max Out, or Scream. Also if you are currently taking your preworkout without an empty stomach then it's possible that could be your problem.

Won't waste your time. C4 has never let me down and I've tried lots of different pre's. I also really enjoy the tingles from the beta-alanine though which triggers my brain into knowing its go time. Wife also really likes it. I do cycle off of it every tub or so for a bit just to try new products out, but always come back. Hope that helps.

I personally like to mix my own pre workout since the ingredients can be bought for a low price and its very effective.
5g of Creapure, 3.2g of Beta Alanine, 3-5g of L-Arganine, 150-250mg of Caffeine Powder, 1-2 Caspules of Green Tea Capsules and some Sugar free Syrup for taste.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative

This!
Look into something that has a non-prop blend, such as Neurosurge! Full gram of ALCAR and Agmatine for focus and pumps, and 300mg of caffeine. I often use a 1/2 scoop and it's enough to get some solid energy, this tub could last you a long time. Plus its $10 off right now until the end of the month putting the total for the entire TRUE 30-serving tub at only $23

I've tried lots of pwo supps (even the female ones) and would highly recommend trying these ones:
BPI 1.M.R. Vortex (numero uno)
TSN Pump Igniter
MAN Gameday
Muscletech Nanovapor
Blackstone Labs Angel Dust
Beast Sports Beast Mode
GAT Nitraflex
BSN N.O. Xplode (low on energy & pumps, but great endurance)
These are my favorite ones.
