Been having lower back pain for over a month now.
Nothing that kills me, but it's not something I can ignore for sure.
We got an x-ray done and he saw no sign of anything.
He assured me it's muscular and told me to buy a back support belt that you wear inside your t shirt, and this is to be worn while I work out.
Other than that I should get a support to put on my chair so I can sit right, and told me to do stretches etc.
