Lets say I've lifted a year, (i ahve it soon) and then i quit and look pretty cool guy. How long will you hold onto the mass/low bf before you start becoming as a regular guy.

Afterwards you will be having teh occasional snacks, pizza, chips and beer with smokings.
You will look pretty leen guy like tyler durden in fight club for instance

It comes back faster.
I have friends who don't have access to the gym over the summer and they lose EVERYTHING in 3 months. But then when school starts it all comes back within a month or two. Just keep your diet good.
