which supplements should i take before bed so i dont lose muscle as i sleep?? and are there any supplements that help u sleep better?? right now im taking true mass and animal pak.

I don't think you can get a much better pre bed supplement stack than, ZMA, Casien protien, L-Arginine, and melatonein( spelling).
I have used it for about a month now and I get the best sleep I have ever had in years. Don't knock the Arginine before bed it's a good choice.Holy is the lord god almighty

Before sleep you should take 3-6g of arginine, 3-6g of glutimine, and 2-5g of GABA. This will induce your natural growth hormone.
You can add some ZMA product if needed. But a good protein to gulp down before bed is ON's Pro Complex PM. It is made specifically for night-time use. it runs around 22-25 bucks for a 30 day supply so it's not too expensive.
