It's a great machine for cardio. I'd do proper weight lifting for legs though.

Stairmaster I have found, cuts up my upper legs for sure. I have been told (not by any professionals) that it my help your inner quad. All I know is that stairmaster kicks my ass and its awesome.

Good cardio 1 min a cardio workout on top speed raises ur hr like mad

To build muscle on legs just do squats leg pushing exercises and stiff leg deadlifts and make sure you have low bf% so you can show em off:-)
