    Rugby Log

    I'm 19 years old just started playing rugby this last year and I love it. I am a winger trying to move to fullback so I'm trying to get a decent amount bigger than my 154 lbs. I will be keeping track of how my training has been going every once in a while. My workout regiment is a day a week split. Day 1-Chest/Tris Day 2- Back/Bis Day 3-Shoulders/Legs. I also do abs 2-3x a week once I'm done working out. Some of my current stats are Bench-205 lbs 1 reps, Squat 185 6 reps, DB Lawnmowers 65 12 reps. I will post in this log pretty often to track how I am doing.

    Since gyms are closed today I went and did a nice speed type workout. Speed ladder drills to start, then 10 hills and a bonus one carrying my friend to the top, then 15 sprints (with a parachute), then a nice core workout, and ended with a 2 mile run.

    Saw the most gains I've ever seen last week just going to work harder this week. Bought some new protein to take hopefully it's solid.

    Still working hard in the gym 6 days a week and running sundays. I played in a 7's tourney this weekend and played real good.

    Been a while since I've updated this. I've been sticking to my workout plan haven't missed a day at the gym this summer. Put on about 7-8 lbs already. On vacation for this week so I haven't been able to workout which sucks.
