I'm 19 years old just started playing rugby this last year and I love it. I am a winger trying to move to fullback so I'm trying to get a decent amount bigger than my 154 lbs. I will be keeping track of how my training has been going every once in a while. My workout regiment is a day a week split. Day 1-Chest/Tris Day 2- Back/Bis Day 3-Shoulders/Legs. I also do abs 2-3x a week once I'm done working out. Some of my current stats are Bench-205 lbs 1 reps, Squat 185 6 reps, DB Lawnmowers 65 12 reps. I will post in this log pretty often to track how I am doing.
