This is what happens when you stop taking white flood for three months and then take the last three scoops left. I hit my PR/goal of 70 pound dumbbell bench. Prior to this, I was benching 65's for 4 sets of 5. I know this isn't anything amazing, but it's an achievement for me. Did four sets of 5. This video is of the third set. I did 5 reps and I completed the last rep when the video ended. Felt fuarking joocy and crazy pumped. I went into the gym determined to hit 70's. Anyways, here is a video. Sorry for the Iphone quality.
Sorry about my friend talking. He is referring to my snapping triceps syndrome. My left tricep tendon "snaps" out of the groove and then back when I reach anything under 90 degrees. That's why I can't go bellow 90. I'm very careful not to go under 90 because if it pops too many times it can get very painful. Only surgery can fix it.

Ordered the new grape flavor. I was cycling off caffeine, which is why I didn't use it for three months.

My tendon does that too it hurts like a bitch after it does it 2-3 times. Can't do a lot of tricep exercises now it sucks. I asked my doctor about it and he was basically like lolidno. Grats on hitting your goals.

They're quarter reps period. No matter what excuse you use, there doesn't exist a medical condition called the triceps snap syndrome. It's made up and I always see the same excuses for quarter squats, bench and pullups.
And no offence, but you really don't even look like you lift. Your gains are solely neural and supplements have nothing to do with it. Serious bro, you've been a member on this site for over a year now and you still don't see a single muscle growing on your body. Supplements are not going to help you and in your case they're actually detrimental; you're praising all your gains on some stupid supplements. Stop using them and start to eat like a real man and also start doing real exercises. Good luck.

Great job hitting your PR! Keep up the good work, and soon you'll be pushing 75's around.
I have the same problem with my left elbow. Everytime I do a tricep excercise i litterally feel the tendon snap around/off? my elbow. I typical just push through the pain, eventhough like you said it's very painful. I haven't done any reasearch on it, just figured it was something from back when i played sports. Do you know if it causes any further damage by continuing my lifts with it poping?

First of all, they're not quarter reps.
Secondly, since it doesn't exist, maybe you can explain these?

Must I link more?
Third, my gains are indeed mostly neural. Seeing as I train for strength most of the time. I also never stated that supplements are the reasons behind me advancing in my bench press or any other exercise.
Lastly, I've been only lifting seriously for 8-12 months. I started out fat, and worked my way down. Please, if you're going to criticize someone, at least use a valid argument. You don't have an AVI. You probably don't lift, and you're blatanely ignorant and arrogant. Moreover, you're a self-righteous *******.

The only thing I've read that can maybe go wrong is displacing your ulnar nerve. Normally snapping triceps syndrome is also closely related to ulnar nerve displacement. If you get a tingly feeling in your pinky and the fingers near there, you might have that as well. If I move my wrist or put my elbow down a certain way, I do feel the tingling.

LMAO. Angry kid is getting angry.
Listen up *******. Your friend sounded suprised when you didn't go all the way down. If you really had this syndrome he wouldn't even start about it. I don't even understand why you're trying to deny this on a message board. Oh and they are quarter reps, real DB presses go all the way down to the chest. You could stick a BBC in full erection between the DB and your chest.
And you are stating that supplements are behind all of this. This stupid topic is the living proof.

Im not so much angered that he says my rom is bad, but the fact that he blatantly denies that the medical condition doesn't exist is very ignorant. Furthermore, many people suffer from it, so when he says it doesn't exist, it insults all of the people who have it. I wouldn't mind if he criticized me, but being a rude, elitist jerk doesn't help. If I could go to my chest, without pain, I definitely would.

The best thing I found about lifting was the personal challenge. Seeing yourself improve is awesome, and one of the best things about lifting is that many people in the sport are very supportive of each other
