Just started HRT today. Doing a different set of movements, but using the 2x (8+4) setup and it really pumped me and my lifting buds up. Will be hitting this 4 days a week for 6-8 weeks then reevaluate, but pretty psyched about it right now
Put the wet stuff on the red stuff!!
Do it until it hurts, then you can start your workout.
