Well I am on the road to becoming a Juggernaut to the core... My dedication is beyond addicting. Every day I can't wait to step into the gym and work closer to my overall goals and watch my body transform..I love a challenge and I believe in myself enough to think that I can be good at anything.
I know my dedication to training is there, Im just gonna try my hardest to have a good thread that people can give me advice and possibly I can help someone else out too.
I have really horrible internet so bare with me if I go a few days without logging on but I will update on my progress best I can..I will be taking lots of photos to show progress and giving everyone a rundown of my workouts.
I think that I will be starting a progressive overload routine that will focus on my arms. I think Im lagging bad in this area so we will see if my hard work can pay off and add some SIZE..
I can't wait to see everyones progress!!!

Yeah heavy weight leg lifting for the win!! Haha I surprise a lot of people because guys at my height usually don't have developed legs, but I do like you said....pride.
I broke through my arm plateau by just killing them with volume. I would have a day where I would do a bicep/tricep split and hit the arms 2x on that day. I would superset all my exercises together and go as heavy as possible for the first workout. Then about 4-6 hours later, I would hit them again with the exact same supersets I did earlier in the morning only with super light weight and high reps. then I would just rest up the day after and eat like a horse. Saw great results after I finished my 6 week training rotation. But it's not easy to do! Works great for bringing up lagging bodyparts though, for me at least.
And work HARD on that diet! Eating and food is the number one most important thing for training, can't stress it enough....I'm sure you've heard that before though hahaPersonal Trainer and WBFF Pro Classic Physique

Legs
Ok so for today(well yesterday-6-1-11) I had a Leg workout before work this morning..
Some days I have to bust out a 45 min workout cuz i start work so early. haha and Im say early as in 10am. Anyways I still had a bomb leg workout that left me a bit jelly. Friday ill be sooo sore, I can't wait. so hear it is.
woke up: Carnation breakfast shake, marathon energy protein bar and 1 1/2 scoops JUGGERNAUT
warm-up
Leg extension 1x20
routine
Squats(smith machine)*** 1x10(225) 1x10(245) 1x8(265) 1x8(285)
Romanian DL 1x10(135) 1x10(155) 1x10(175)
Leg Press 1x10(575) 1x10(665) 1x8(755) Leg press sled weighs 125lbs but this is included
Leg extensions 1x60 started with 130x20, dropped to 115x20 and then dropped to 80x20..this is all drops sets with no stopping and it is very hard for me...
after this I was done. shower time head to work. Popped in some Whey in the shaker and had Clif bar I think before work..
It kinda sucks having to rush but o well have my metabolism sped up which is good cuz I don't sweat easily when Im physically active if that makes sense lol.. night ya'll
