I do Icecream fitness 5x5 on M,W,F. My chest is still sore from mondays workout, not too sore just a little tender. Should I postpone workout or just work through it and lift light.
(PS. Ive also hit a plateau recently so I'm not sure whether to fully recover or keep working etc...)

I squat 3x a week, and it makes my legs/ass so sore it's ridiculous. This morning, I could barely get through warm-ups, let alone squat. But guess what? I did. I squatted. Hurt like a bich, and I could barely walk after each set. I completed all of my 5 x 5 though!
You just have to push through it. There's no way to get the improvements you seek if you cop out when the going gets tough.
You can make it through DOMS.
Yet, You'd be stupid to push through injury. (unless you're a professional athlete, competitor, or the like, and have no choice)

make sure your form is consistent, if not it may get sore at times when other days it did not. You don't have many pics posted, and you are still young so it can be from a range of things, like growth process and form.
I heard a good amount of protein to weight ratio was 1-1.5 from bodybuilders in (real-life). So yeah your eating amount could be improved too.
.........and stretch more beforehand. Stay away from cold-cool environment before next workout.

If you train chest twice a week, try alternating between a volume and a heavy/strength type of workout.
For example, hit a heavy chest day on monday, and hit a volume chest day on thursday.
Make sure to eat properly in between these days (every day really), especially if your chest stays sore for days. Good nutrition is key. There is nothing to it, but to do it.
