Hello, Ive been training for over 5 month now, im actually 290 lbs, 6feet 3inches whit 27% body fat, im looking for a good diet because im at high school and im timed to eat. Give me some idea what to eat at these time
Here is my schedule:
7:00 AM:
11:05 AM:
12:20-1:15 PM:
2:30 PM:
3:45 PM: GYM
5:30 PM:
and after, im open.

Actually doing chest flat whit 90lbs eachs hands
Chest incline: 85pounds eachs hands
Bench: 225pounds
flys: 55pounds
deadlift: 225pounds
biceps curl: 40pounds
and alot more
