Credit to MD.VICTOR MARTINEZ DENIED BAIL!
November 8, 2011
One month after being detained for immigration issues, Victor Martinez appeared in front of a judge today to determine if he would be allowed to post bail and get out from behind bars until his next hearing. Martinez was denied the opportunity to post bail and he remains in custody. As of now, he will remain in mandatory detention without bail until his next court appearance scheduled for January 6, 2012.
Martinez' attorneys have filed for a parole request that could free the Arnold Classic Europe Champion until the next trial, however it is uncertain whether it will be granted.
Our prayers are with Victor and hopefully everything works out in his behalf.
Check back for more details.
Man this is just wrong... I feel so bad for Vic.

im sure his immigration issues have been complicated by his past legal problems.

Feel bad for him, looks like he's going to be sitting there for another 2 months until his next hearing. 3 months behind bars is going to be a big setback to him.
It's the diet, training and sleeping on a regular consistent basis that makes a champion.

Yeah with no gear or pct this isn't going to be doing his 2012 season any favours.

Seriously, as mentioned Vic was a fool not to get on top of this.
I can't see him been a champion if he can't get this stuff done - what else is he forgetting and thinking it'll be ok. Why would you delay something so important?
Victor is a great bodybuilder, but this just shows he just doesn't think. His been kept off bail because they don't trust him, most likely due to his previous record. Which is for good reason.
Think if this was anyone else, convicted for dealing "party" drugs in the past. Do you think this person should be given a second chance or should they take the chance they've been given and throw him out of the country?
I think too much is stacked against him...

Oh im by no means sayin hes a bad person. But myself also being a immigrant, us citizen now, immigration isnt something you put to the side n deal with later. Cause realistically, a crapload of ppl want into this country, so it nakes no difference if they toss someone out.

Not to mention that he was probably on fast esters given that he was just out of a competition. Most of the stuff is out of his system already, plus no PCT chemicals... I feel bad for him, on top of all the crap he's going throught, the hormones going crazy + probably not enough good quality food as well.

I feel bad for him but it is absolutely his fault. Be responsible and accountable to yourself. If he wins a show, he gets the credit, if he loses he takes the blame, and if you forget to renew your green card and commit crimes in the U.S. you are accountable.

uhh no your very wrong. some esters clear out of the body within days, others weeks, i guarantee you he's already dropped 20-30 pounds in the last month. He has no growth hormones, no slin, no anabolics, no ancillaries, and no food compared to what he used to eat. PCT meds wouldn't do **** for these guys anyways, most if not all pro's have been on for years and never come off, there balls are completely and most likely forever shut down.
