chicken blows? why? too dry?
i buy the frozen breasts. take them out the freezer and drop them in a bowl of water with salt in it. then take them out and season them.
makes the chicken a lot more juicy/tender.
also eat other sources of protein. turkey/steak/fish/etc

Learn to cook. Nothing has to be tasteless and there are tons of easy ways to make plain chicken more delicious.

Rice was always my problem (brown rice anyway). Tobasco sauce and just a bit of either feta or bleau cheese crumples mixed in solved it for me.

frank's hot sauce
mustard

look @ walden farms. everything they make is zero calories and they have a lot of stuff like BBQ, Salad Dressing, Hot sauce etc. Never had em but always been curious to try.
They also have peanut butter @ zero calories which probably tastes horrendous but its always worth a try.Reviews:
