I have almost completed 3 weeks of weight training and I started from ground zero. I have been working out six days a week and I started with a trainer to get me on the right track. My issue is, I went to the gym today and I couldn't even complete half of my normal workout and the weight seemed impossible (I did the same weight last week). Its like my body just said no and wouldn't lift the weights anymore. Can someone tell me what happened or what I'm doing wrong and how I can Fix It so I can get back on track and fix the problem?? Anything helps

Your training program should be focused around your compound lifts bench, overhead press, rows, squats, deads, pullups, chinups, etc...isolation work not so important. Something like a full body or upper/lower type routine would be more effective then 6 days of training. When a newbie is training that many days, I will always question the intensity of the program. Training abs everyday isn't needed because you're getting core/ab work with your compound lifts.
