A. You probably won't grow much to be honest, but you know that. I would expect atleast 1-2 inches though. (I was an early bloomer and still got 1.5" since 16)
B. Like I said before, If you want to maximize your growth look into hgh secretagogues, they are legitimate hormones that are responsible for the release of hgh from the pituitary gland, there are plenty of studies on them if you want to look it up on pubmed. they are also a lot cheaper than the real deal- I used them at 17 and gained about an inch when I had stopped growing naturally. If you start now you'd probably get a little more out of it.

My confidence is all but nonexistent.
I have none when it come to girls(been rejected because of my height too much).
Not saying this is my problem but both genders automatically think your a jerkass if you have a good body and if you show confidence it can easily be taken as cockiness to them.

GJDM in first pic. But you might want to avoid always blocking your chest like in the second shot. It hides the chest and makes peoples' delts / trap area look huge, but you take loads of pics with poses similar to that one.
