I am going to start working out daily with my fathers home gym but I had a question.. I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and only weigh 154 pounds. My two goals in working out is to build a good amount of muscle (not super ripped) and to gain weight. I'm guessing that whey protein powder is what I should be taking as long as im working out? I only have a budget for 1 supplement, which I think the whey protein powder will be most important for me. Am I wrong or correct?
