    I had such a great reponse to the 8 serving Orange Mango that I decided to go all out and do a full tub of the Fruit Punch. I"ll be using Assault as my pre-wo on training days. I'm also doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit - which is working very well for me (on week 4 right now). I'll post my macros later when I have access to them.

    Day 1 - Monday 11/7 - Chest/Triceps
    Wide Pushups - 3 sets of 12 (on knees)
    Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 17.5lbs
    Flat Bench Flyes - 3 sets of 10 @ 12.5lbs
    Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 55lbs (personal best)
    Close Grip Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 45lbs
    Lying EZ-Bar Tricep Ext - 3 sets of 10 @ 25lbs
    Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks - 3 sets of 10 @ 15lbs
    Overhead Two-Handed Tricep Ext - 3 sets of 10 @ 15lbs
    Tricep Cable Pushdown w/ Rope - 3 sets of 10 @ 45lbs

    MP Assault - Fruit Punch Review
    Taste = 10/10
    It smelled like a Pixiestick and tasted like someone switched my pre with koolaid or something. Has a great taste. Definitely not something I'll get tired of. Feels like I'm getting a treat before I go kill myself @ the gym.

    Mixibility= 10/10
    Didn't notice any floating particles of powder and didn't taste any. Best mix I've seen yet.

    Energy = 10/10
    For today it gave me a great boost of energy after a long day of working. Sometimes I need a little pick me up and this did the job. Plus, I was able to fall asleep just fine!

    Pumps = 9/10
    Definitely noticed some pumps. Could really feel the muscles while I was pushing them. Lifted heavier than I had been last week, which pumped me up!

    Stamina = 9/10
    Only got tired towards the end, but I was pushing myself really hard and I added about 15 mins and 2 more exercises so that might have had something to do with it. I got a 2nd small rush when I was just about done. Got me through the end w/ a little to spare for home.

    Overall = 10/10

    I can tell this helped me push harder as my chest is feeling it today. Not painful just sore - the signs of a great workout! Had to take a week off legs so I can't wait to Assault them tonight.

    PS. I'm really digging the MP colors right now. Random I know!

    An other 1/2 serving of Assault in about 16oz water. I left my journal at home so I'll have to fill in the reps/weights when I get home tonight.

    Day 2 - Tuesday 11/8 - Legs/Calves
    Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 (80lbs)
    Wide Stance Barbell Squat - 3 sets of 10 (40lbs)
    Walking Barbell Lunge - 3 sets of 10 (30lbs)
    Single-Leg Barbell Deadlift - 3 sets of 10 (5lb db)
    Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 (60 lbs)
    Seated calf Raise - 3 sets of 10 (15lbs) - wow those burned!
    Standing Calf Raise - 3 sets of 10 (100lbs)

    MP Assault - Fruit Punch Review
    Taste = 10/10
    Still the same great fruit punch taste, I really love it. Doesn't seem like I am taking a pre at all just drinking some fruit punch. Esp since it was nice and cold when I drank it!!

    Mixibility= 9/10
    Had a few particles, but I used colder water this time so I think that was it. Nothing bad. Barely noticable.

    Energy = 10/10
    Great energy for a tough workout. Helped power me through a good leg workout. Hit me just as I was getting to gym!

    Pumps = 9/10
    Noticed more pumped leg muscles, I know most people use arms for pumps. But I can feel it in my legs as well. And it's a great feeling.

    Stamina = 9/10
    This was one tough workout and I kept through the entire thing. Assault helped push me to a new level. I was exhausted when I was done, but I never quit during the workout. Loving the way it's making me feel and I'm only using 1/2 a scoop! Good deal!

    Overall = 10/10

    Hadn't trained legs in 1.5 weeks or so do to a pulled muscle so today's workout was important. Assault helped me push through and no leg pain today. Added some weight to my seated calf raises (those burn!!) and to my squats! Tomorrow is my day off so I'll be back on Thurs w/ a new review! Still loving everything about Assault, so much that I'm thinking about picking up some Combat next time I get the funds!

    Definitely needed this today. Had to unexpectedly push my workout back almost 2 hrs, eventhough I had already consumed 1/2 of my assault before finding this out I was still able to maintain great energy throughout my whole workout. Slammed the 2nd half right before getting to gym. It definitely pushed me through.

    Pumps = 9/10
    Great pumps today. Pushed myself to the limits.

    Stamina = 9/10
    Had great stamina during today's workout. I probably could have gone a lot longer, but I had to get back home. Loving the effects.

    Overall = 10/10

    Assault has yet to let me down. Helped me push through a hard day and still didn't crash at the end. Love the way it makes me and my muscles feel. Great product!

    Had a lot of energy today and needed it. Added cardio back into the mix along with supersets, needed the extra push and definitely got it.

    Not only was I able to get through my new weight workout, but I busted through adding cardio after 5 weeks. Still had a little energy left @ the end and no crash.

    Overall = 10/10

    This was a tough workout. Haven't done cardio in over 5 weeks. Busted out the 30 min run (yes it was slow, but thats all I can handle) and didn't give up. Loved the results.

    Pushed through a bunch of new exercises and really pushed myself. Got a little tired towards the very end, but kept pushing and made it through.

    Overall = 10/10

    Since this week started a new set of workouts, most of what I'm doing is new to me. Still had a great workout and plenty of energy. Assault hasn't let me down yet. Even had a little extra energy to make it through the kids soccer practice ... haha!

    Surprised myself making it through this workout. Would have liked to put in some cardio, but I just wasn't feeling it. Think it was just an off day.

    Great workout eventhough I was not in the mood ... haha! Pushed through and glad I didn't give up!

    I did notice some in my legs, felt great!

    Almost didn't make it through this one. Pushed myself to the max. But still somehow made it with that extra push from Assault.

    Overall = 10/10

    Was really looking forward to this workout. I love a good leg workout. Killed my legs. Gotta love that hard to walk feeling. Makes driving my manual car home a challenge sometimes too! No pain no gain.

    Day 9 - Thurs 11/17 - Shoulders/Cardio

    Cardio Warm-up: 13:34 @ an average of 3.5 speed - .85 mi I ran most of it and it was a good stretch for my legs. I'm just not 100% behind cardio right now so I did what I could.

    Smith Machine Military Press - 3 sets 10 (45lbs)
    Upright Dumbbell Row (superset) 3x10 - 12.5lb
    Standing Dumbbell Military Press (super set) 3x10 - 12.5lb
    Incline Bench Front Dumbbell Raise - 3 sets 10 (7.5lb)
    Lateral Raise - 3 sets 10 (10lb)
    Rear-Delt Raise - 3 sets 10 (5lb) - by far my weakest exercise

    Much needed energy! Powered through. Never felt tired during workout.

    Stamina = 10/10
    Needed this extra push today. Was feeling pretty down before, once I go running and started my workout everything changed. Pushed through the workout with some great results.

    Overall = 10/10

    Yet again another great workout with Assault. Can't believe I've been through 9 days already. That's crazy! Has yet to let me down.

    Spent all day at the kids soccer tournament - that was enough work. Standing, cheering, some nerve racking moments! Perfect timing for a day off. Felt weird not taking the Assault though .. LOL

    Great way to start out my Sunday. Energy boost was great and held me through the day.

    Pumps = 9/10
    Stamina = 10/10
    Nice long hard workout. Sundays are great for that. Made it through the whole thing, felt like I could have gone longer!

    Overall = 10/10

    Weather was pretty blah so my initial motivation was low. Once I got into the gym I hit it hard. Was a great workout. The energy lasted me throughout the day and through 2 great soccer games. Glad I had that extra boost. And an added bonus was taking home the 1st place trophy. Esp since none of us thought they would make it through the season LOL Off to Areas now!
