Seated Arnold Press - 3 sets 10 (12.5lbs)

Great energy, kept me pumped up the whole workout. Pushed myself really hard.

Great pumps today. Pushed myself to the limits.

Great results from this workout. Even after a long day I was able to push through it all.

Still not letting me down and it's been almost a week. Love the feeling I get from it.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 10 (75lbs)
One-Arm Dumbell Row - 3 sets of 10 (1st set 17.5, 2nd/3rd 22.5)
Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 10 (55lbs)
Hyperextensions - 3 sets of 15
Elliptical (30 mins med intensity) - 30 mins, 4.1 speed, 2.02mi

Energy = 10/10
Had a lot of energy today and needed it. Added cardio back into the mix along with supersets, needed the extra push and definitely got it.
Pumps = 9/10
Definitely noticed some pumps on this. Felt good.
Stamina = 10/10
Not only was I able to get through my new weight workout, but I busted through adding cardio after 5 weeks. Still had a little energy left @ the end and no crash.
Overall = 10/10
This was a tough workout. Haven't done cardio in over 5 weeks. Busted out the 30 min run (yes it was slow, but thats all I can handle) and didn't give up. Loved the results.

Fell a little behind. So I'll post the last 3 days.
Day 6 - Monday 11/14 - Chest/Abs
Wide-Grip Barbell Bench Press - 5 sets 8 (45lb, 55lb, 55lb, 60lb, 65lb)
Pushups - 3 sets of 15
Dumbbell Flyes - 3 sets of 10 (12.5lbs)
Incline Bench Press - 3 sets 10 (45lbs)
Side-to-Side Pushups - 3 sets of 15
Toe Touchers (superset) 3 sets of 20
Crunches (superset) 3 sets of 20
Roman Chair Leg Raise - 3 sets of 10
MP Assault - Fruit Punch Review - 3/4 scoop
Taste = 10/10
No change
Mixibility= 10/10
No change
Energy = 10/10
Gave me some great energy. Had a long workday wasn't feeling great, but once the Assault kicked in I was ready to go.
Pumps = 9/10
Great pumps.
Stamina = 10/10
Pushed through a bunch of new exercises and really pushed myself. Got a little tired towards the very end, but kept pushing and made it through.
Overall = 10/10
Since this week started a new set of workouts, most of what I'm doing is new to me. Still had a great workout and plenty of energy. Assault hasn't let me down yet. Even had a little extra energy to make it through the kids soccer practice ... haha!

Alternate Cable Curl 3 sets 10 (20 lbs)
Assisted Dip Machine - 3 sets 15 - 10x140, 15x130, 15x120
Skullcrushers - 3 sets 10 (15lbs)
Seated Tricep Press - 3 sets 10 (17.5)
Tricep Pushdown (rope) - 3 sets 10 (35)
MP Assault - Fruit Punch Review - 3/4 scoop

Energy = 10/10
Really didn't want to work out today, was feeling a little run down, but took my assault and I was there to crank through a great workout. Energy level was pretty high.
Pumps = 9/10
Definitely noticed some pumps on this. Felt great.
Stamina = 8/10
Surprised myself making it through this workout. Would have liked to put in some cardio, but I just wasn't feeling it. Think it was just an off day.
Overall = 10/10
Great workout eventhough I was not in the mood ... haha! Pushed through and glad I didn't give up!

Day 9 - Thurs 11/17 - Shoulders/Cardio
Cardio Warm-up: 13:34 @ an average of 3.5 speed - .85 mi I ran most of it and it was a good stretch for my legs. I'm just not 100% behind cardio right now so I did what I could.
Smith Machine Military Press - 3 sets 10 (45lbs)
Upright Dumbbell Row (superset) 3x10 - 12.5lb
Standing Dumbbell Military Press (super set) 3x10 - 12.5lb
Incline Bench Front Dumbbell Raise - 3 sets 10 (7.5lb)
Lateral Raise - 3 sets 10 (10lb)
Rear-Delt Raise - 3 sets 10 (5lb) - by far my weakest exercise
MP Assault - Fruit Punch Review - 3/4 scoop
Taste = 10/10
Mixibility= 10/10
Energy = 10/10
Much needed energy! Powered through. Never felt tired during workout.
Pumps = 9/10
Stamina = 10/10
Needed this extra push today. Was feeling pretty down before, once I go running and started my workout everything changed. Pushed through the workout with some great results.
Overall = 10/10
Yet again another great workout with Assault. Can't believe I've been through 9 days already. That's crazy! Has yet to let me down.

Looong day - needed that energy and it was there as expected!

Had to shorten today's workout, had a long day and had a long night ahead of me. Still great focus and drive.

Sat 11/19 - OFF DAY
Spent all day at the kids soccer tournament - that was enough work. Standing, cheering, some nerve racking moments! Perfect timing for a day off. Felt weird not taking the Assault though .. LOL

Had a great workout despite not getting much sleep the night before. Surprised I had the motivation to even go. But assault pushed me there, gave me that extra boost. Tough workout.
