    2nd week of White Flood; got a timing question

    Got the V2 (old flavor) of Fruit Punch. I do weights 2 days a week. First week I took 1 scoop about 30 minutes before workout. Second week I took 2 scoops about 30 minutes before workout. I'm curious if my timing on this is right or if I need to take it closer to when I start working out? Reason I ask is it's hard to say that I'm feeling what I thought I would be feeling from WF and I took a full month off from stim PWO products. Not knocking WF at all, I know it gets a lot of press here but I want to make sure I'm timing it the way I should

    I take it 30-45 minutes preworkout on an empty stomach and have not been disappointed yet. How soon after eating do you take the white flood?

    By the time I'm taking it I'm generally 3 hours past the last time I ate anything which is the general mark I've seen mentioned on this site. However, I am on a bulk and eating more over-all throughout the day so not having eaten for 3 hours probably doesn't exactly mean I'm on an empty stomach.

    Not a bad piece of advice. Going to give the 2-scoops pre one more try for my 2nd day of weights this week then start next week with trying 1 pre and 1 intra. I just don't want to say it's not working for me because I'll get struck by lightning

    I know you said you took a break from stim based pres, but what about other stim sources? Coffee, tea, soda, etc?

    I don't drink coffee. I drink maybe 2 cans of soda a month. I do drink some green tea here and there and take green tea extract (don't think either has caffeine but it's worth triple-checking).

    Right at about a gallon/day and that's to meet the needs of water intake from the Creatine I'm taking. The only other PWO i've used was Jack3d and that one I could 'feel' a little more than I do now but I know it's because of all the caffeine, 1dimyth, etc it has

    Just feeling a little more from Jack3d eh? That's a bunch of stims, so you should be feeling something...try bumping the water intake to 1.5-2 gallons/day. I used to think I was naturally resistant to stims until I bumped up my water intake. It was silly how much of a difference it made.

    How long after your workout to you try and sleep? Does it ever keep you up?

    Well last night (my first evening on 2 scoops pre) i took my PWO around 5:30 EST and got to the gym about 6EST. Got home at 7EST, didn't fall asleep until about 12:30 or so (usually go to bed at 9:30/10pm) but I'm not ready to say that was because of the WF, I had some other real life things on my mind that got me randomly fired up I think

    You know what though, I did feel more from Jack3d but that was in the first few weeks. That didn't last which goes in line with what most folks around here say that after a couple weeks they have to take 3 scoops of it to do anything. Not a bad idea on even more water, will give that a try

    3x6-8 decline press (270lbs.)

    if your weight is accurate, 2 scoops might not be enough. and you might have felt more on jack3d after the first few weeks because you might have saturated your self with CrM. white flood is amazing, i would try 2.5 scoops, and add creatine mono. and give it 2 weeks.

    Yeah the weight is from yesterday so it's up to date. I thought about that too, I probably just need 3 scoops in some combination of pre/intra to feel the same thing a guy half my size would feel in 1-2 scoops. I swear, being a big man sucks. You gotta take extra doses of every freaking thing
