Bench Max: 353 (usapl battle on the border 3)
Squat:
Deadlift: 530
(11" paused box squat - 455)
(floor press - 365)
(1 board - 370)

Okay, thank you. My old max was 550 with this new form (went from 525 to 550 just by actually using my hips) Then I got injured and couldnt lift at all for a month. This is like my 2nd time back deadlifting. I'm sure my current max is around 495 til I get used to lifting more. In a week I am doing 475 for 2 singles, then 2 weeks later I am doing 495 for 2 singles, then 2 weeks later 525 for 2 singles, I will video them all.
