    Cool Slow Fat Loss

hiya i started dieting in June 2011 at 265lbs already lost about a stone since April after i broke my leg playing rugby in feb2011.
it's now November start of my 5th month of healthy eating and I've learned loads from all the threads on here and thought I'd do my own.
at weekends on a Saturday night i have a binge few beers bit junk food nothing to bad tho. i've never put weight back on since though so i look forward to Saturdays apart from x factor!
    currently I'm weighing 238lbs
after my first week of cutting.
dropped 2lbs and feeling weak but its the extremely low carbs!!!!

    my diet is as follows

    MEAL 1 (WAKE UP)

handful of oats, skimmed milk, 1 rivita with peanut butter
and a protein scoop containing -55g protein 75g carbs in the whole meal.

    MEAL 2 (SNACK

    2 medium chicken breasts
1 tin of mackerel - 65g protein in whole meal

    MEAL 3 (LUNCH)

    1 chicken wrap
1 chicken breast -55g protein 30g carbs in whole meal

    MEAL 4 (PRE-WORKOUT)

    protein shake
apple- 40g protein in whole meal (carbs and fat under 5g)

    MEAL 5 (POST-WORKOUT)

    protein shake
    50 g dextrose - 40g protein 50g carbs in whole meal

    MEAL 6 (DINNER)

    handful of pasta
2 chicken breasts - 60g protein 70g carbs in whole meal

MEAL 7 (HALF HOUR BEFORE BED)

    2 rivita's with peanut butter 25g almonds
1/2 chicken breast -45g protein (carbs and fat under 5g)

as you can see i eat alot of protein but i'm a naturally heavy person being 6'3
360gs protein- 230gs carbs and fat is well under 20gs a day, i only count saturated fat!

i'm cutting to 215lbs but we'll see when i get there in case i need a few extra lbs off any thoughts guys kind or not would be helpful!

If you feel you're losing too slowly you can do the following-

    Eat less.
    Increase activity.
    A combination of the above.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
