Can you guys list some good ones, first day counting calories, ive ingested over half by 10 am lol, so i need to tackle this calorie thing a bit differently and obviously eat less

One of my favorites for bread/sandwich/wrap substitutes Omega 3 Lavash - Flax Oat Bran - Square Lavash - Reduced Carb. The entire thing is 100 cals. Also making sandwiches with romaine hearts instead of bread is a good option. Fiber One also makes low calorie bread products. I thought oats or brown rice at 150cal/ half cup would be pretty low as far as bang for your buck goes. I saw egg whites, but egg beaters is good too. Shaws/starmarket and trader joe's have brown rice sushi roll ups that are amazing.
Also I like to cook with extra virgin olive oil/olive oil sprays. cuts back on calories a good bit for me.
