It depends on the day. During the week when I can't get to the gym until after work I'm not fasted and just go on whatever I had for lunch which lately is Broccoli, a couple hard boiled eggs and a chicken breast.
During the weekend I don't "eat" before my workout but I do pop some BCAA's, 1 scoop of whey with water, and 2 scoops of Jack3d also mixed with water. Post workout meal = feast mode."When you fall into a pit, you either die or get out."

The only thing that doesn't work for me is having a substantive meal immediate prior to my workout. I'll just mellow out and feel like taking a nap. Feels good man. But not quite the ideal mindset before a workout ;P

If you can not or do not want to have a fasted WO, just stick with a moderate meal that not stuff yourself...going with 20-25% kcal from total is a good way to do that and not needing to down all your calories in a short period of time after WO
