If you don't want to cut more calories, then use more everyday. Keep working at it. Maybe play a little DDR again since it worked out well for you.
Dedication is all it takes

Well if i up my calories im afriad im gonna gain Weight. Also i do have snack of cashews and such to keep my calories around 1800-2000, Sorry i did forget to mention that.
Been on this 1800 Calorie Cut Diet for 3 weeks, No Results, I used to work out and my biceps have gotten 1 inch bigger. I know muscle weighs more than fat, But i dont see it in the mirror.
Plus the average is 15 lbs of muscle per year. So why am i not burning any fat. No progress and its killing my motivation.
EDIT: Idk, Should i try upping the cardio instead of 2 30 minute sessions, Do a 1 hour Session at night after all my meals have been consumed? I feel like i need to change something, 3 Weeks and Not a lb lost.

if youve been dieting at that many calories for an extended period(over 8 weeks), then your metabolism has probably slowed down due to the big calorid deficit. If so, up your calories by 300-500 a day, and adjust accordingly until your metabolism stabilizes. Proceed to reduce your calories down to the 1800 or whatever you desire; If you havent been dieting for an extended period and you are not losing weight, then you are miscalculating calories. 1550 is too low anyways for your weight unless you are sedentary. 1800-2000 should be on the lower end

Please do not waste your time on giving this guy advice, He's obviously trolling. He has put up this same exact post 3 times in the past month. And he always adds "Well if i up my calories im afriad im gonna gain Weight. Also i do have snack of cashews and such to keep my calories around 1800-2000, Sorry i did forget to mention that." He's responding the same exact way he did in his previous posts.

I'd bet money on this. And with the chicken breast... how do you cook it? In oil perhaps? (This is a very common calorie calculation mistake.) Most people don't try to cook a skinless chicken breast in nothing.
Craziness at all the people thinking OP needs MORE calories to lose fat faster. What is more likely? He is miscalculating calories? Or he is 200+ lbs and 'magically' not losing weight at 1500 calories because he is in 'starvation' mode or his metabolism has slowed down so much that weight loss has stopped.... which is impossible.

Well as far as snacks go, I do snack on nuts, Maybe a small handful a day. So i know im at 1800-2000 Calories. Im definately not trollin, Idk why that kid thinks i am. Just trying to get advice like every bro.
Im gonna try upping my Cardio to once a day for an hour, and i guess see how that works out? My chicken breasts i cook with no oil or anything.
But yeah 1 week of The pills at the top
3 Weeks of the Weights/Cardio/Diet
I just feel like i need to overly push my body to its limits to even lose a little bit of weight.
Apparently 20 mins 2x a Day + Weights 3x a week isnt enough
So ill Keep my weight training going 3x a week and Try 1 Hour of elyptical before i go to bed. Protein Shake is my last meal btw. High Protein low carbs.
Idk if my last meal should be earlier or not but idk. Just wanna start seeing some results. I need to... Mentally. Sucks to not lose anything.

Thats what im eating 1500-2000. Huge defecit for my body height/weight.
I feel like i have some kind of disease or disorder where my body is just slowed down or something. But yeah its crazy to me too. Since i lost so much weight and now i cant lose any. Should i just try pushing my body to the limit each day again?

If the total caloric expenditure is quite severe then upping calories can lead to more fat loss. Also, someone already posted this but read it:
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-fat-loss.html
Ghosting, a member on here, experienced something similar. He started at 2k then went down to 1800 then 1500 and lost nothing. He snagged a bodybugg, started eating at 3k and started to lose weight. It's an interesting phenomenon and there was an awesome discussion about it and science and explanations being tossed around but Ghosting deleted the thread.Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.

Dunno what this kids talking about, Just gonna try keep my calories the same and adding harder cardio/heavier weights. Gonna really push my body a bit harder.
Also gotta let the fat burners kick in, Only been on em for 4 days, Takes 2 weeks for them to really start kickin in.
So ill keep my calories the same and do more cardio. Gonna track my snacks a little better too. 1800 Calories is where im gonna try to be.
