agree with this and don't, while i agree, that anyone who thinks that this is natty is delusional. I know I posted the thread but from my knowledge of bodybuilding I would never think that Jaco is natty by any means. But I think you saying you don't need a good diet is silly, he may be on a ton of gear but that guy's diet and training are most likely flawless.

meh on 5-10iu of gh a day diet doesn't mean much if you are on legit gh.... u can eat like a normal person and get shredded and bigger at the same time. also don't expect to eat broccli and chicken and get big on gh... u have to pack on the calories.. u can eat pizza/ice cream and other junk and still be 6-8%bf on gh lol.

hahaha...those were the days. brb sneaking my container of creatine in to my room and wrapping it in some old shirts at the bottom of my cupboard. Yeah once you figure out the truth it becomes less exciting but I still keep on pushing out of habit..and sometimes I will look in the mirror and be like 'fuk I actually look pretty decent' and that makes it all worth while.

I dont think some of you realize how big this guy actually is. You cannot achieve that naturally, and if you do its some crazy genetics, dedication and after 10+ years of training and strict dieting.
I use to be one of those guys that would have hope, but after realizing how many people actually juice and how many people lie and say they are natty. My natty expectations have come to a realization of false hope.

If you had sick genetics and did everything right for a long period time (I'm taling 5+ years) then it's a possibility.
