I read somewhere its .034 grams per a pound of body weight so I weigh about 178. Meanining I need roughly 5 to 7 grams. A guy at GNC said I should take 5 grams before workout and 5 after. Any thoughts?
I am currently using the Get Swole stack from Muscle Pharm. As soon as Im done with that I was thinking of taking Shred Matrix, Assault and MP Creatine. Can anyone shed some light on whether or not this is a good idea?
