    How much creatine do i need?

    I read somewhere its .034 grams per a pound of body weight so I weigh about 178. Meanining I need roughly 5 to 7 grams. A guy at GNC said I should take 5 grams before workout and 5 after. Any thoughts?

    I am currently using the Get Swole stack from Muscle Pharm. As soon as Im done with that I was thinking of taking Shred Matrix, Assault and MP Creatine. Can anyone shed some light on whether or not this is a good idea?

    You don't need more than 5g of creatine a day, ever, for any reason.

    Also, don't listen to anyone at GNC.

    5g a day of monohydrate to saturate for a month. Afterwards you can get by with 5g on workout days only if your working out 4-5x a week. Studies have shown PCr concentration do remains saturated for extended periods
