Yesterday was 138.5 after our AWESOME breakfast Did a low day, came in at 136.3 today. Yesterday my husband had to work a 24 hour shift (as in still at work now LOL) so I went to the gym and did:
GHD Sit ups 12x3
Back Ext 12x3
Pull ups neutral grip -40x6, regular grip -45x6, -40x6
Row 200m
30DL @ 85
Row 200m
20DL @ 85
Row 200m
10DL @ 85
9:30 time on that cardio.
Nutrition was about 1500kcal

135.6 today, feeling like a BOSS Went to the gym today after on Ramp yesterday.... which was long and boring. this gym isn't like any gym I've seen. The warm up is a workout in it's own. So today was this craziness!
Warm Up: run .5mi, stretches, 12 burps, 24 sit ups x2, stretches, run .5mi
Skills practice: 20X (air squat, push up, ring row, (W/PVC on all) DL, push press, strict press, and thruster) 3 sets of the 20 :0
WOD: run 400, 24 burps, 48 sit ups, run 400 .... 11:01
So... two hours later I'm done LOL. They kind of make you feel like they don't have time for your questions or if you need something. It's all very rushed. Ah well, gunna keep trying. I got a good work out which is the goal. Started higher calls today after 2 low days. 65/185/140 We'll see how it goes. 135.6 today, woo LOL. This gym. FUUU. So much work .Yesteday I went and I was like ....20 minute AMRAP.... what ever. And did the warm up and skills and left haha. Today I am not going, I am going to the post gym to do Deadlifts 5 sets of 3! I am hoping for 160 on the 3, but we will see. I remember when I did 175x12, oh what a day that was

Salaam!
Worked 6.5 hours last night, ate stuff at work and shouldn't have, so woke up at 136.3. Busy next two weeks at work. Also, going to start following the WO's on Competitorstraining.com as a friend wants to do the open and needs a partners so why not. Bought new tennis shoes, headed to get a jump rope, and I'm ready to have some fun I am also excited to say that I should be selling my bike in the next week which sets us up awesomely financially. Which it's taken like 15,000 to get here, so about time I can buy some shoes and not feel bad LOL.
Also yesterday I did Front squats, 6x6. 60, 65, and 70. My PR is 125, so would like to work on getting back there. 10@95 is also a goal. Did sit ups as well. Yesterday did a low day and a 2 mile run, then did bench 6x6@75 and did pull ups with a skinny band, 5x6. Chest is definitely sore today. Saturday night had a burger and froyo above my cals, so did a low day yesterday and doing one today as well. Daniel and I started our own 30 day challenge yesterday for no grains and sugars. So seeing if we can stop eating **** so much LOL
Was supposed to sell my bike yesterday but the guy didn't show. Took our pup to the dog park which tired her out and was great LOL
Today is 7 RM on Front and back squats. No clue where I am there haha. To be on point with my old maxes, I would need 135x7 on back squat and 100x7 on front squat.
