    hey hey!! Was 131.9 today, refeeding. Weight seems to be happy hanging around 131's, we are going to do 3 weeks of dieting pre wedding, and then we'll see where we're at. Our goal was 127-128. I move 2 weeks from tomorrow!!! Been working everyday since last tuesday. Next day off is .... Saturday. Which I'm going dress shopping. then watching the Super Bowl sunday Making corn bread today, working out, trying to settle my reception reservation, annnnnnd.... that's it Ate more donuts this weekend LOL!


    I'm SUPER excited about my cake. I love food It's peanut butter, with chocolate in the middle, then vanilla buttercream on the outside, covered in rainbow sprinkles, with a fondant ribbon and bow around the bottom and a monogram on top. Small square. This was my inspiration.

    WELL. We have been dating on and off since sept, and at the beginning of the year we started hanging out, as much as possible, and we had acknowledged that we wanted to be together and such but I was super weary since I'm leaving about doing anything.     Morning Weight 131.8
    Strsted a new program yesterday since i no loge have the luxury of being in a structured gym like my cross fit one. Got my taxes turned in, found a new place in Cali to live, got wedding stuff finished! The place in cali is perrrrrfect! He was Cali's strongest man in '12, works at a CF gym, and has a home gym. Uhhhh YES! AND he does online coaching. They also have 3 dogs and a mini horse And I can keep my bike in the garage, AND Daniel can stay when he's in town! I couldn't be more excited! hotels, cake, reception, bla, bla, all done!!!

    yesterday I did Bi's/shoulders:

    Seated BB press- used a smith, so no clue the weight LOL. I know I added 45, so guessing it was a 30lb bar maybe?- 5,5,4

    Yesterday I wasss 131.1, today 130.6. Yesterday I went to the gym in the AM, hammies! Then went to an appt at david's bridal, which was ok. The night prior I had gone up to seattle to try on some gladiator sandals and wanted to see how they looked with a dress so asked the wedding department if I could just throw on a short dress and no one was there to help. She finally let me, and I literally didn't look and just grabbed one off the rack. She sai it would look great, I was like meh whatevs, it's a random dress. Put it on and teared up It was absolutely perfect. The shoes didn't work with it though LOL. my appt at david's bridal now had high standards and I wasn't impressed at all by the dresses. I guess traditional wasn't what I had in mind. Even though that's clear with a peanut butter cake and burger dinner LOL.
    I bought it and need to get it tailored, butttt. Oh and silver slip ons I also have a diamond necklace and ring!


    At the gym I did:
    DL- 195x1,1,1,1 ....so odd how my maxes are so much higher but that was super hard. Could've been the day or just psychological.
    Hammy curls seated- 85x10, 100x10, 115x6

    I think the accessory movements are gold for my body honestly hah. Couple days ago I did squats and leg ext which were super.
    squats- 145x3, 150x2,2,1,1
    leg ext 145x8,8,8
    sit ups 25,30,30

    Hiii. Morning weight 132, if me being hungry isn't worth it I shall be mad! Worked today, got a message from Daniel that he has monday off so we are getting married in Oregon monday!!!! We aren't doing anything but making it legal because my work in Cali was making that hard. I did shoulders and bi's today, was hungry, and may suggest to the coach that we do aggressive dieting for the 3 weeks instead of peddling around and going slowly.

    So woke up at 130.8, was 1800 yesterday and today. Worked my last day, got paid, Daniel comes home in a few hours, went to the gym very tired and just overwhelmed with everything going on in my life these days. But on my issues end result is I don't leave until Thursday I think. There's been a ton of snow in those regions so here's to hoping I don't get stuck! Also found out my stuff is going to be hard to deliver. Can't deliver on a weekend and if I'm not there to sign for it. Awesome haha cause I'll be working. Aka I'll be sleeping in an empty room for a minute! ...like maybe 10 days -_- but!! My workout was solid after a monster and now I am sitting waiting for some grilled chicken haha.

    Aw Thank you! We got officially married on feb 10, but still have our ceremony on march 1

    So made it to Cali, did all the 15.5 hours in one day, first place I was going to live didn't work out, found a new place very close to the school and I really like it. Cals have been really inconsistent, gym time less than desirable, and my first day yesterday was absolutely exhausting. Trying a trial at a gym but they have no squat rack so that's a no go! I made it last night for about 20 minutes, got in 2 exercises for shoulders and Bi's. I do PT at work today, so probably won't try to gym.
    Also, got a UTI and was in the ER over the weekend, which doesn't seem to be getting better. So since I'm out of meds almost will be going back hopefully! also, get my bed and stuff today!! Couldn't be happier as I've been on the floor for 5 days lol. Though I did go back and see Daniel over the weekend. Feeling sick, tired, etc. But feel I need to go to the gym esp since I'm dieting. Only 2-3lb from goal now. Whoop.
    Weight was 129.9 today.

    Goood REALLY EFFIN EARLY morning'! Have to be at work at 0520. mmmmhm. FML hah! Start english grammar today! wooohoo........ Yesterday I went back to the ER for my continuing UTI where they said my sample looked like I had never even taken an antibiotic. WTF. So I got new ones, and then had to go get it, in which it was 7pm by that time and I had gotten up at 05, so you can imagine how tired I was. I hit wendy's so weight is all sad. 131.5. Was close to my macros but sodium and all. Ah well, feeling nice and food deprived! Didn't make it to PT yesterday as I was in the ER, but should be making it to the gym tonight and tomorrow morning. Hopefully.

    Morning All!!

    130.4 today, got to do HIIT on the rower yesterday and chest/back! Was a shorter day for once. Today I'm learning english grammar and Daniel comes into town for 17 days tonight Times flies here. Fortunately I don't have time to really miss him as I am very very busy. Got all my boxes unpacked yesterday except my tv, closet set up, now just need to put my bed together, plug in my printer, and move my shelf

    allllright! So we got married, i'm in school, pretty dang busy! I am prioritising, knowing that school needs to come first along with daniel these days. So gym time, i go about 4 days a week, and i can't do pt with work because i got a chilies tendonitis, so I just walk pretty much. I'm doing a chest, arms, back, legs split these days. I see daniel about 2-3 times a month, and we are doing good. Strength is obviously suffering, but it is what it is, and when I get home from all of this I will have the luxury of working on myself as much as I was able to before. I'm doing more of, maintain my appearance, than anything. I was at 134.5, but did 8 days of 150 carb and got back to 130.6. Daniel's birthday is next week and I am flying up, having cake, chill mac, corn break, ice cream, what ever he wants. We do froyo every weekend. Today was my first big food day since our wedding. I seem to have one a month. I still am with Shawn for coaching, I work 5 days, 0640-0500 on average. I come home, make dinner, do homework, FaceTime daniel, and sleep then do it all over. I work hard on vocab, since there's more vocal than anything else. I eat mostly microwaved meals, and then a serving of fresh veggies/fruit a day, Rest is from frozen, like a side of green beans or a veggie soufflé for dinner. Protein powder, or frozen meat. Just no time to cook. I could on the weekends but i try to bring daniel in as much as possible.

    So the gym on post here, is ALWAYS full. As in so full there's no benches or db's available. So I finally got tired of it and started going to a CF gym again. Of course, a back injury, left achilis tendonitis, and 4 months about of minimal lifting, I'm pitiful haha. But I'm going almost daily, and found out most of the reason I wasn't going is because I could only use machines due to lack of space and really didn't like that. I started on Tuesday, and went Tu, We, Th, Fri, Sa, and am pretty excited to go this week. The place doesn't have mirrors, so I'm staying light and slow and making sure my muscle memory serves me right before whipping things around. Not that I'm currently she-woman anyways, but.
    I'm currently, food wise, doing 40-55/190-230/130-145p. The ranges make it so I don't have to hit exact numbers, and just get in there somewhere. Weekends were getting kind of big with my husband, so toned those down. Yesterday was a little more than usually, and I had a solid sodium hit Sat night, so up 2 pounds, but it's kind of consistent when I eat high sodium so I am more desensitised to it.
    Also, monday and usually Th at work I do cardio, so only helps!

    Tue- Machine flye 60x12, 65x12,12, db bench 35x10,10,10, strict press 55x10, 45x12, Dl 65x8 to a clean to 8 split jerkx4 Once 8 squats

    Wed- clean to pp x6 x2 +FS/Squat @ random,

    2x :45 HS hold

    Thu- bike 3.75 miles in 20min @ lvl 10

    Fri- bench 95x5,5,5

    Well this is odd for my weight, I'm the same almost 3 days in a row! Ran really low on time yesterday so gym wasn't the best, but I got a couple things in.

    OHS practice with bar 3x6

    Yesterday was rough emotionally, as are all of these days right now. I have an appointment with someone today, dunno a therapist or psychiatrist, not really sure haha. But hopefully they can offer some kind of help. Daniel comes in today, and leaves sunday! I am very excited. I have a half day today, then a 3 day basically. We are going to get chipotle and a movie tomorrow night, go to the gym, the pool indoors, then saturday gym, go to Big Sur, and get BBQ, and Sunday we plan to eat froyo and play with puppies

    Back home in WA

    went on our half honeymoon, gained 4 pounds, was awesome. Just signed up again for a CF gym about 5 miles from me and did the first WO yesterday. FML haha. I didn't even do all the rounds and wanted to die. As you can tell by the weight gain lived it up on the 3 days we were gone, but had fun and I got super sick actually. We think it might have been the water. No clue!
    I went back to eating "clean" as the weirdos call it, I just call it the food that makes me poop, but hey! Doing great, getting over an E coli infection. Yay me. Working 3/4 time LOL Nothing new really here, living with husband, learning the struggles of marriage. And just living with someone in a relationship in general. Living it up, we went and got him donuts today at a new donut shop. Was the best ever. he's working half days right now. Well.. just for this week. Then it's back to 5am to 8pm. Sigh. Nothing new strength wise, except I'm weak from this whole time of on and off. But getting back at it soooo.

    Aloha! From ...Washington. This am I was boss and weighed 137 Haven't tracked in 3 days, so high carb. Yesterday was a rest day, today was row 500m x 4 with 3 minute rest in-between. It sucked. I almost breathed my last breath LOL Start back at counting tomorrow, doing 65/185/135, trying to gain muscle and hang out. Was actually feeling smaller or i should say lighter than usual even at 137. But after breakfast today (which has lasted me until 3:45pm) I think tomorrow will be interesting feeling wise LOL. But I'm doing two low days so now too worried. Starting a new on ramp at a CF gym sunday, never been to one.
