Thin stubborn legs

My legs are the only part of my body that just wont grow. No matter what I do, and how hard I work on them.. Do i have to blame it on genetics and stop trying? or do any of you had the same problem and got over it? From you I ask: share your secrets!

Have you tried putting them first in the week, if you follow a split? You could try to a quad dominant day and a hip dominant day to increase frequency.

My legs really struggle so I do lower/upper body workouts. This way, my legs get more frequency.

I use to have the same problem... I was limited by equipment at my work's gym, I found when I joined a real gym and kept forcing myself to up the weight on leg presses, my legs improved. Then I tried squats, again always pushing to keep putting more weight on the bar, and my legs got much, much better.

I think the moral of the story is just use more weight, your legs can almost always move more weight then you think... dont get hurt though
